CANCELLATION POLICY
Steps to raise return request-
- Notify our team within 3 hours of order created and share the issue particulars using Contact Us
- Our Customer Support (CS) team will connect with you and understand the issue.
- On cancellation done, we will process the refund within 72 hours from the cancellation request.
- Once the refund is processed, it shall reflect in your bank account within 3-5 business days.
RETURNS POLICY
Currently we support 7 days return policy. In case you have any issue with the product received, the same must be informed to us through Contact Us page or via email at hi@oxiclear.in; within 3 days of order receipt. Kindly mention your order ID in the message.
All our products pass through stringent quality checks to ensure positive experience to all our customers.
In case of refund or return, the item needs to be sent by the customer to our warehouse address. Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
Sale and discount section articles are not covered for replacement and refund requests.
If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation, the cancellation request must be submitted within 3 hours of placing the order. Once request is received, we will initiate the refund within 72 hours. Once the refund is initiated, the amount shall reflect in your bank account within 3-5 business days.

- Our Customer Support (CS) team will contact you to understand the issue.
- On return approval, kindly arrange for shipping the product to address shared by CS team and share the proof of dispatch.
Partial Fulfilment Scenario
We strive to provide the best experience to all our customers and are always dedicated to achieving the same. In any unfortunate case, wherein we are unable to fulfil the complete order; the amount towards pending articles will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated as mentioned in Refund Process above. Available articles will be fulfilled and shipped.
